We use latest modern software and technology for the design and manufacture of our polymer products.

(Mixers TUNE, compounders Werner & Pfleiderer and Battenfield, FKN spectrometers, cryogenic mill, HTK synthesis reactors etc.)

Structural polymers with a MFI 1-3, are processed using specialized modern equipment with force injection of over 330MPa and clamping force of up to 25000kN. Thick monolithic elastic products are made using our "two-stage reactor cold folding" technique. Heavy plunger molding complex TSOM (shaping force of up to 72000kN) is used for the production of such items.
